The 93 Story
It started with a number. We set up a charbroiler on a gravel corner across from the old brick church, put out a few picnic tables, and started flipping fresh 6oz sirloin every day — the 5 Star burger that gave us our name.
The umbrellas went up red, the sign went up black, and the lot stuck. The truck still rolls out some days, but this corner is home.
